Fully complete either our Secure On-line Registration Form or our Downloadable PDF Form (one form per registrant, photocopies acceptable). Payment must accompany each registration. Each individual registration for a CSCS™ Certification Online course entitles the registrant to access the course for a period of ninety (90) days following the registration date.

If you register by fax or mail, you will receive your unique username and password via email within three (3) business days of our receipt of your registration form with payment.

Upon completion of each course and successful completion of the test with a score of at least 75%, you will be presented with a printable statement evidencing successful completion of the course. To receive professional certification as a CSCS™ you must successfully pass the appropriate certification examination.
